MITRA Samaj has assessed the advocacy readiness of numerous civil society organizations using structured tools and methodologies, helping them identify strengths, gaps, and capacity needs. Based on these assessments, we design and deliver tailored training programs on advocacy strategy development, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication for influence. We also facilitate workshops to guide organizations in preparing comprehensive advocacy plans focused on issues such as health, education, agriculture, and disaster management.

In our role as a capacity-building partner, MITRA Samaj provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to CSOs, supporting them in research, constituency building, alliance formation, outreach and media engagement, message development, and policy monitoring. This hands-on support has strengthened organizational advocacy competencies and enhanced their ability to influence public policy processes effectively.
