A versatile media personality, media/communication and program implementation expert with specialisation in WASH, Ms Mandira Maharjan, who holds a degree of MBA and over 12 years of experience in media working as Program Producer & Presenter in radio and television and as Freelance Emcee for national-level programs and events, is the Team Leader for MITINI and heads in implementing the activities of MITINI, maintaining its external affairs, collaborating with stakeholders, field intervention, managing finance, supervising team members, and ensuring its effective operation for the development of the initiative.
Besides, Ms. Maharjan employs her expertise for ‘Enhancing CSO and Media Capacity for Constructive Government Engagement and Public Oversight’, a sub-project under USAID-funded and FHI360-led five-year Civil Society: Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP) as the Project Officer. Along with managing MITINI initiative, Ms Maharjan is implementing the WaterAid-funded project “Making inroads into MH issues at ground level through Media Monitoring”.
